Steps
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized balls using lightly damp hands.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Tip: If the mixture is too dry, add an extra teaspoon of honey. If too sticky, add a few more oats.
